Andi Komara
Andi possesses skills and specialization in the field of litigation and dispute resolution, also experience in providing legal services in a variety of industrial sectors including manpower, logistics and transportation, mining, oil and gas, aviation, shipping hospitality and real estate.
Prior to join in AKSP, Andi has been a legal practitioner since 2014, joining a number of prestigious law firms and becoming an in-house counsel for well-known Indonesian corporations. Andi is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (“PERADI”).
The aforementioned, makes Andi have complete experience both as a lawyer and corporate client (during his time as a in-house counsel), having expertise with high-profile matters and also multinational companies. His valuable experience makes AKSP able to offer legal services that are not only appropriate but also in line with the demands and best interest of clients, particularly in the area of litigation and dispute resolution.
In addition, Andi’s passion to progressive and applicable legal education is demonstrated by his writing of legal publications and his speaking engagement at various trainings.
